She is committed to expanding our understanding of the unique and nuanced barriers to post high school success; her topics cover a broad range of issues uncovered in her extensive experience in higher education, independent school education and administration, and blindness education.

Perkins School for the Blind: College Success (9 Month Residential Gap Year Program), Compass (9 month, innovative, first of its kind, virtual college exploration program for students with visual impairments who are college "curious", and that included families and educators; PathFinder, an employment readiness program for students with visual impairments with goals of employment after high school; Navigator, for young adults with visual impairments who need career and educational suppport to meet their goals for independence and employment.
